Lose hyperlinks with Create Form

I am using Acrobat Pro DC, saving PowerPoint docs with hyperlinks as pdf. At first my hyperlinks work in the pdf, but when I create forms within the pdf, then the hyperlinks stop working. I am using Windows 10.

Hi Annholly,

We are sorry for the delay in response.

If we understand your query correctly, you have the original document in PPT format which you have converted as .pdf file. Now when you are using prepare form tool then hyperlinks in the original PDF isn't working?

The original document which was in PPT format, how exactly you have created it as .pdf? Was it just "Save As" pdf or Save as Adobe PDF? And after that, how its converted as pdf form?

You may refer to the troubleshooting steps here: Allow or block links to the Internet in PDFs, Adobe Acrobat

Saving document using Save As feature is Microsoft's inbuilt feature of creating PDFs. We do not have hold on its mechanism.

It would be easier for us to understand the issue, If you can share the form with us. We will try reproducing the same at our end.

Regards,

Akanchha

I tried to Trust Manager step, but that didn't help restore the links. I am not comfortable posting the form here, as there is proprietary information in it.
