Hi @Carlos Hugo37130187y239

Hope you are doing well.

Are you getting the same error 'No pages selected to print' while printing the PDFs in Acrobat? If yes, please share more details as follows:

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that works.

Hi Maria,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to print and getting the error message 'No page selected'

As mentioned you have the latest version of the application and tried to turn off the protected mode for testing with no success, please try to print the PDF as image and see if that helps. Open the PDF > Go to Print > Advanced > Print as image.

You may also try the troubleshooting steps provided in the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that helps.

Regards

Amal
