Outlook Error Acrocloudconnect.dll Cannot Be Found

I keep getting an error when trying to reply to an email using Outlook that says "The required file AcroCloudConnect.dll cannot be found in your path.  Install Microsoft Outlook again."  As the name suggests, this is apparently an Adobe file.  The program then shuts down.  I have reinstalled Outlook several times with no luck resolving the error.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue would be much appreciated.  Thanks all.

This worked for me: Open outlook add ins and disable the add in:  Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat..

Restart outlook.

Lifesaver! I didn't want to go through all of that other technical crap, and this was a 30 second change.  Didn't even need to restart outlook.

Hi @Scott24555929kmlg

As mentioned that you are getting the above error while trying to reply on an email. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. Is it happening with only an email reply or with sending new emails too?

2. Repair the MS office and check if that helps.

3. Check if there is an update available on windows OS

Thanks,

Harsh

Thank you for resonding.  Yes, it happens both when trying to reply to an email and trying to write a new email.   I have tried repairing and reinstalling outlook several times.  My windows is fully up to date.  From my research, this appears to be an Adobe file.
