remove hover effect on text boxes

Hello everyone!

Disclaimer: I'm not IT or a computer science graduate. So please bear with me if I use the wrong terms and if I would ask more questions to verify things.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro to create fillable PDF. I had to edit the actual form that was given to me. I added some textboxes using the 'Content' tab where I can edit the form itself. My problem is that when I open this file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, a hover on those textboxes that I added shows up. you may refer to pic below.

but when i use Adobe Acrobat Pro, it doesn't show that outline of the textbox. refer to pic below.

Other people will be answering this fillable. I'm hoping that there is a solution that can be done (hopefully from my end) without having them to edit or change any of the setting under their adobe acrobat reader.

I've made a lot of changes on the form already. I added a lot of textboxes. So it is very obvious in the whole form.

"Is there a way for me to remove that hover effect over it?"

The easiest way is:

- select all form fields and Cut,

- flatten the page (you can use this free tool: https://www.abracadabrapdf.net/?p=972 ),

- paste form fields in place (to paste in place hit the Shift key when using Edit menu : Paste)

That's a really good thing - except right now the forum software is broken, and Adobe have given no idea when or whether it will be fixed - because it's broken we can't download your attachment, sorry!
