Seeking assistance with AATL registration/ enrollment

Hi Team,

 

On behalf of the government entity from Asia, for which we are WebTrust compliant and experiencing the same scenario when looking to enroll our Certification Authority (CA) in Adobe’s AATL program.

 

Since September 2025, my team has sent several emails to aatl-info@adobe.com over the past months, but we have not yet received a response unfortunately. We would be most grateful if you could provide guidance on the AATL registration and enrollment process, as well as confirm the appropriate contact point for coordinating this matter.

 

If there is an alternative email address or communication channel through which the Adobe AATL team may be reached more effectively, please kindly advise. Your support on this matter would be sincerely appreciated. @Meenakshi Negi  @S. S
