Question

Sending files requesting signature as an attachment.

Hello,

I would like to know if I can save a template requesting a signature and send in an e-mail as an attachment?  I would like to send the form outside of the Acrobat site.  Is this possible?

Also, is there a way to send multiple forms?  I have tested sending multiple forms, but it seems as if the recipient receives multple forms as one form.

Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks.

Sure. You can email the form directly, and you can attach as many files as you wish (well, until you reach the limit imposed by your email provider) to it.

Thank you for the information.  I can't seem to figure out this functionality outside of the Acrobat site.  Do you have any guidance?  I basically want to attach a document requiring a signature to an e-mail using Outlook not the Adobe site.

Thanks!

Don't do that. It creates a specific kind of form used in Adobe Sign, which
is much more limited compared to a "normal" Acrobat form.

Thanks.  If I don't use the prepare form feature, how can I add the signature field to my pdf?  Every tool has the option to send and track, I just can't add the field and save.

I apologize for being such a novice.
