Hi, I was curious about the instructor suggestion form

I found an email from a person who makes tutorials, video's and he was stating that we could 'use the instructor suggestion form, to recommend him as a Photoshop Instructor..

Could you verify this url that it is indeed the correct form for this purpose?

It's not an adobe url and with you form capabilities it seems a bit odd.

On the flip side, sometimes a rock is just a rock y'know. and this is quick and easy.
