Questions

Hello,I am Evelina, a 2nd year student in University of Greenwich studying Graphic and Digital Design. Currently we have been presented with a brief that asks us to create a brand extension. We came up with an idea for studios - hiring big spaces, that have all the necessities to cater creative people. From plain walls for mood boards to all the equipment to produce work (computers, colour palettes, cameras, etc.) The spaces would be available to hire via an app and would be in few locations. Doesn't matter if you need to work on a project or relax and let your creativity flow.Survey link: Adobe Space Survey  There is two parts to this survey, at the end of part one click the link to continue. I would really appreciate your contribution, as any sort of feedback would be extremely helpful. Thank you for your time

I want to unistall the program but keeps saying that the program is not close when it is.

Obviously a Canon 1D body, is bigger than the so called Prosumer bodies, but I am wondering if there is a standard dimension between a DSLR Base Plate to the centre of the lens?  Actually, if the answer is yes, I need to know the dimension for Canon 1DX and 5DS bodies.  I have digital calipers and can measure with 'reasonable' accuracy, but if there is a precise figure available, it would be better.Actually, I just tried to measure it, and it is not that easy.  I'd like to be better than ± 0.1mmBTW  I looked for the Photography forum to post this, but couldn't find it.

Hi,     What do you think are the most important qualities in a graphic designer?RegardsJeya vinoth.JDesss Inc

Hey.  I'm wanting to sit down with someone who can teach me indesign in Los Angeles.  I work better one-to-one.  I'll do $30/hr and will come to someone's place.  I must be able to work on the computer and actually do what's being presented to me.Thanks!Peter

I used to be able to do this and suddenly can't. I tell the program to save to a file or desktop, and nothing shows up. Same when I try to save a web page. Repair didn't repair. I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalled. Same issues.

Are there any "lounge members interested in getting started in astronomy ?

Phones are quite the pricey tools these days, so I want to proceed carefully. I need a new smartphone I would like to know what phones the Adobe CC community uses.A few questions:What smartphone do you use? What Adobe CC apps do you use on your phone?Do you use content created on your phone (photos, videos, graphics) in products for clients? Thanks.Scott M.

I can't help but feel when moving from app to app within the creative cloud sphere to accomplish specific tasks, that the workflow feels terribly disjointed. Look at the default tool layout between Photoshop and Illustrator, for instance. Similarly functioning tools are in different areas in different apps. I can't help but feel that learning each program is intrinsically difficult because of this.Even the undo - redo / step forward step backward keyboard shortcut (on windows, anyways) is different. Ctrl + Shift + Z vs Ctrl + Alt + Z, etc. I've been using Illustrator and Photoshop extensively, but have recently moved into Premiere and After Effects for additional work which is where I started to notice it more. The UI especially in Premiere seems less intuitive than Reflow when it comes to placing keys on frames, for instance. There exists a razor tool in Premiere, but not in After Effects. The list goes on but I don't want to bore you, I am just hoping that they have some plans to addr

Passed away this morning at age 80.  Despite battles with type 1 diabetes and alcoholism, she enjoyed a very solid career as a dancer, an actress in TV/theater/films, and co-founder with then husband, Grant Tinker, of MTM Enterprises.  I'll miss her infectious smile.Nancy

Hi,If Adobe offered studios close to your university and because you have an adobe account it you would already be a member. Would it be an interesting concept to have studios available to you without having to pay and monthly fee???ThanksYour Sincerely,Jaum Lee

I'm Photoshop ACE and CompTIA CTT+ certified, so now I would like to enroll for ACI status.  When I visit this link: Adobe Training Partner Portal Program  and click click the "Begin Enrollment" button under Apply in the ACI section, I'm taken to an Adobe login screen.  I provide my Adobe credentials, which seems to work.. except for the fact that the next screen never appears.  I just see a spinning "busy" icon that never changes.  I've tried several different browsers with the same result.  Adobe support (chat) directed me to the forums for help.  So, here I am!  Any suggestions?  Thank you!!

Anyone else getting a run around from support about the "Maintainance"? It was to be done by 11am and it is still not allowing me to use the Photoshop CC.

Hey Everyone,I wanted to share a new tv series that hit the web a few weeks ago.  The show is called Traif: An Unkosher Series and is available to watch for free here: www.traifseries.com/episodes.   The show is a comedy about a chef who owns a restaurant and is the host of a 2am cooking show where virtually everything is always going wrong. Its a hybrid live action show with 2D characters integrated into them. The reason I'm sharing this is because they used adobe products (after effects, premier, and character animator) to make the show.  Each episode is about 10 mins long.  Check em out.  Hope you like them as much as I did.cheers, adam

After 146 years PT Barnum & Bailey circus bites the ring masters dust literally. I never saw one show in all my life but just knowing they existed made me feel like everything was alright and would be. Now what's left. What is this country I grew up in becoming. Everything passes away...so sad, so sad.

Not Carrie Fisher! What's happening here. By god, enough already I say. She was a beautiful person and great writer and wonderful actress. Gee, I'm really sad.

Photo to paint exists. But what about the reverse? Paint to photo ? It would make it possible to get a photographic image of old paintings. Impossible or does it exist already ?

@Hello, Adobe Expert?  I was browsing your Product Licenses & Terms of Use.  Impressive is that it has a-whopping 304 pages! But I feel a-mite Disappointed in-that you fail to identify _each_ language.  I as-one, would like to know!  Thank you.  🙂P. I told TriciaLawrence that I was working with a team here in Germany to produce an official sample for Animate CC.... well my sample finally went live!  Daniel Connerath and Simon Widjaja (both part of the Adobe Influencer DACH program) approached me last spring and asked if I would like to work with them on Animate CC sample for Tour de Animate (which is sponsored and promoted by Adobe).  These guys are great so how could I say no.... in fact, if you were at Adobe Max, then you may have attended their workshop. All the samples on Tour de Animate are FREE!  So have fun and explore the site.  If use my sample 'Bringing Characters To Life', then share your work with me.  I would love to see how people utilize the sample. Here is the link.....Bringing characters to life - Adobe Animate CC Sample - Tour de Animate Enjoy and Cheers!!!!!Kenn.

(Non-programmer), I am assembling a team to build a new web app with a built-in text-editing for various graphics.  End product would be an download/upload vector file.  Does Adobe have a programming graphic plug-in that might work?
