How to recover accidentally deleted projects

I own a small design studio in Virginia. This year, we've gotten a lot busier. As a result, we're finding that the calendar built into Mac OS X El Capitan is no longer sufficient for tracking ALL of the projects  we have in the works. Can somebody recommend a good project scheduling app? I don't think we need a full-blown project management solution, but perhaps we will in the future, so I guess that should be a consideration as well.Basically, we want something simple that will help us keep track of all of the projects we have in the works and their associated deadlines. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I am a small printer that provides high-quality, low quantity printing service to Realtors. They use my service to help them with their branding. I currently work with Kim, my programmer for four years who lives in the US in Florida; I am in Minnesota. Kim is an expert in programming e-commerce application that allows for online ordering of my brochures. Because of my positive experience with Kim, I feel I need not have a local designer.What I want is to communicate in writing and provide a conversational dialog around attached imagery that ultimately that results in a packaged InDesign file to send to Kim. I've always wondered about this, and I was going to ask just my fellow Adobe Community Professionals, but I thought it was the perfect question for the larger community to help.I've seen many people--Eric Reno, the TipSquirrel the most recent--do his own green screen video work by painting a wall or two, or setting up a backdrop, and then fill in video backgrounds. I've always wondered how I could do it, how it worked. I know how the concept works--replace a particular shade of green (and before it, blue) in a video editor. But how can it be done in video conferencing like Skype or FaceTime? Can it be done live like that?How could a green screen be replaced in a screencasting/video program like ScreenFlow or Camtasia for those occasional standup intros?

I wanna to make some review type video with slide share. So what is the best and easy video editing software?

Can I still be a graphic designer without a degree?

Hey guys,Just had this on my mind for a while now. I guess there is no right way to take a leap of faith while pursuing a dream job. But for me going to college, working a full time job, all while trying to have a social life makes learning the Adobe products and taking on different tasks to get my name out seem nearly impossible. I guess I am just day dreaming, and was wondering if anyone else want's to day dream and pitch me idea's on there thoughts on this topic. I'm doing one project and requirement here is, whenever I select the checkbox, based on the checkbox selected, it should display the filtered database results. I'm doing using spring framework and using Hibernate query language to fetch result. Please if you help with simple example, it would be great a help.. Thanks in advance!

Working on files that I have previously created, sometimes even same day, usually even on the same machine the files were created, we keep getting the 'Missing Fonts' deal. We're not talking eclectic fonts; whatever the problem, it doesn't discriminate. Gotham, Edwardian, typekit fonts (easy fix), Helvetica, and so on. My team has a fonts folder on Dropbox that we've backed up to and cross-coordinated with to make sure everyone can work on anything at any time. I've re-installed the entire Gotham and Garamond font families 3 times today along with others. Please help!

Hello!I have a plan to step my game up in file storage and backing up my images.I want to use multiple external HDs to store images, with my lightroom catalogue on my internal HD so what ever HD is plugged in it can read without issues.I want to back up all my images to a cloud. Auto 'behind the scenes' backing up.Anyone have recommendations on the best cloud software to use?And tips about making this transition?Many thanks!Louis

when I went to edit a fil I was not able to hear the audio everything else seems to work  Editing and all the rest but the audio is not heard. Wave file graphics is fine but the audio is not heard. I was thinking about just reinstalling the program all together but would like some help before I do that. Thanks in advance. Edgemeade_1957

Can I pull out my USB while doing the exporting process?I'm exporing a video clip thats based on what's inside the USB.I'm afraid if I pull out my USB, exporting would stop and I have to do it again,, and it's taking forever!!
