Hi,This is really annoying. Fonts are not syncing to my desktop. I may have to stop using typekit altogether as I don't want issues where I can't open old design jobs because I can't sync previously used fonts?!?!I'm on a urgent job now and I will have to replace the font for a different one. Not good at all!!qamar

My company has an Adobe Software Assurance subscription for several products but they can't seem to provide me guidance on getting the product and they told me they don't have media. Just a few questions, hope someone can help.If I purchase the Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC package (for a year) does it come with access to TypeKit?I have InDesign CS4 on my system, will I be able to access TypeKit fonts to use with InDesign CS4?If I can use TK with ID CS4 will these fonts print to a desktop printer or are they just viewable on screen?Roughly how many fonts are in TypeKit?Thanks for taking the time to read thisWarm regards

It was mentioned to me that rather than buying only the licenses for a few fonts I am interested in, I should consider purchasing Acrobat XI Pro as the fonts may come with the package. However, nowhere can I seem to find out if any fonts indeed come with Acrobat XI Pro. Can someone please advise? Thank you.

I got a new 64 bit computer with Windows 7. But when I copied the fonts I was using on the old computer the PFB fonts do not work any longer. The old ATMF program does not work on this computer so how do I now install the PFB fonts?//Anni

Where does TypeKit install its fonts? Are they installed into the user's home directory or into the system? Do users need Admin privileges to use the fonts and Creative Cloud application? Also is this compatible with CS6? I'm not finding particularly clear info on Adobe's site.We are looking at implementing TypeKit for users working remotely via Citrix on a shared server where users will not have administrative privileges. To properly manage the font licensing and maintain server stability, I don't want users to install fonts to the system as that would enable the fonts for all users on the server.

I am using freetype to parse .pbf file. I need Windows name from the type 1 font which is written in .pfm file. Please help me how can i get that.thanks

oh yeah, question. being forced to use typescript I have wasted several hours figuring it out. WHATS WRONG WITH JUST GIVING US THE FONT FILES - Oh year YOU LOOSE CONTROL - I get it now. So Question is. How can I implement it WOUTH OUT placing the stupid code on every page. Ever heard of having 1 .js file for all the .js script? I know, very simple. Maybe you can, but after 1 hour googling for it I have determined that as usual Adobe have just made it all really difficult.

It's not just on Apple, having same issue on PC. Font Typekit is a JOKE. It's been nothing but trouble. It blocks fonts I already owned and had loaded, and when I try to sync fonts from Typekit via Adobe Cloud, it won't. I purely HATE this new Creative Cloud...should be called Creative Fog. PS So I went back, reloaded Creative Cloud, went back to Typekit, it says the fonts are synced, but they do not show up in Photoshop: typekit bites - LucidGal's library ... how do I get out of Creative Cloud and just go back to the out-of-the-box Adobe programs that used to work?

Hi,I've downloaded the InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator CC 2014 trials about a week ago, and today that I was working on a school project I noticed that Minion Pro was missing and that Myriad Pro only included the regular variant. Also, Source Sans Pro and other fonts that usually were installed alongside with the Adobe programs were not included at all. I'm using a MacBook Pro 13" (not retina display) and I haven't updated to Yosemite. I've read that someone is experiencing the same problem (See here) and that he recommends to download an older version to obtain the fonts. What should I do, I really need those and I'm willing to pay for the programs... but for the fonts that's way too much . HELP!

Is there way to have an OpenType version of the old version of Utopia (before it was redesign for OT and rename Utopia Std)? We bought the postscript version but now we need it in OpenType to work with a PC and a Mac.Is that right to convert it by ourselves or not. If it is, which software do you recommend to do a good job and without losing all the kerning presets, etc?Thanks in advance for any type of advice.

Operating System: Windows 7Photoshop Version(s): CS5 32Bit and 64BitI am looking for the font "Adobe Gothic Std B" to use in Photoshop.  It is available in Windows 7 Control Panel>Fonts.Steps taken so Far:1.  Opened up the Control Panel>Fonts and made sure Adobe Gothic Std B was in there.  The install button was greyed out.2.  I copied the fonts in Control Panel>Fonts into C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts3.  I exited Photoshop, exited all other applications and restarted my computer.4.  I opened Photoshop and Adobe Gothic Std B is still not available (not seen).5.  I also clicked on the Adobe Gothic Std B in Control Panel>Fonts to make sure it is not hidden.  The only option it gives is "Hide" so it looks like its showing.I cannot update to CS6 as I do not have the license for it.Thanks for your help.sd1233

FONT: If purchasing "Helvetica Neue Std", does this include font subspecies such as  "Helvetica NeueLT Std 56 Italic"?

It is some time ago when Adobe published FontFolio 11 and then, Hypatia Pro (Italic) was not ready yet. It stated: 'This font family is not included on FontFolio 11, but it will be available soon on adobe.com'. Alas, no mention anymore at the website.How can I get this missing font?

I seem to remember that I do not need to keep all of the suitcase files in all of the point sizes. Example: ACaslon AltSemiboldItalic 10 (12, 14, 18, 24). Can I delete all but one of them without affecting performance?

I work with a magazine (as an employee), and we're considering hiring a third-party designer as an independent contractor to assist with some aspects of the layout. We're going to give him a trial run for one issue to see how things go. Unfortunately, he doesn't own the font we use for our headlines, subheads, etc. I'm wondering if there's any problem sharing my copy with him, at least for the trial period. My license agreement allows me to install the font on up to five computers, but I'm not sure if that would extend to an out-of-house, third-party designer (I suspect it doesn't). But I hate to spend $250 for all the different weights of the font if we end up not working with the designer long term.Any thoughts?

I'm trying to install Helvetica on Windows 8.1 64 bit, every forum i read tells me to just right click on the font and hit the install...simple.Well when i right click i don't get the option to install, any ideas??

A rudimentary question, I realise, but what's the difference in content or abilities between the font file for, say, Caslon and Caslon Pro?I realise there are design differences in typeface, but what makes one of them "Pro"?  Is it the glyph sets contained in the font itself?I'm trying to sort out what I need, so thanks for any help.

Typographe de formation, que j'ai effectuée il y a une trentaine d'années, mon métier a évolué jusqu'à se trouver aujourd'hui réduit à sa plus simple expression. Il faut voir le mal que je me donne actuellement pour simplement afficher dans le logiciel de lecture de mon androphone, une fonte qui m'appartient et qui se trouve être diffusée sous une licence adéquate à son usage dans un ebook ! Hi peeps, wondered if anyone has had a similar problem. My Mac crashed big time so have reformatted the hard drive, reinstalled everything in the correct order (as usual) and all is now up and running.... only problem I have is that my InDesign now doesn't seem to export any TT fonts! It always used to work, but now even Gill Sans comes out as square boxes overlapping one another, if I use a different version of gill it exports fine, but this version doesn't have the whole suite - I understand I could substitute the font for another, but it is not possible for the work I do as lots of companies have their own corporate fonts - any ideas how to fix this annoying problem? running out of ideas and I would rather shoot myself in the eye than try and contact Adobe.... again. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
