A question about a "private msg" I received on my post about Ps CS5 Extended

Hello,

I was sent a private msg from "Ash Jensen" to contact Adobe_Tech@outlook.com  for answers to my questions via email, I assume because I didn't receive any replies to my post. Just proceeding this msg was a "Stay Alert" message from Community.adobe.com, warning to be cautious about these private messages.
Is this legitimate?

Thanks, Rhobes-

Thanks for replies, I copied & sent by email to phishing(as noted above). I have the 3 dots without the trash can; no report selections except these: Manage friends & ignored, Mark all as read or New, Delete all, turn on batch processing.

well adobe just replied they can't do anything with the copy I sent them via email. they want original Private msg forwarded by email, that I can't do cause it's a PM. But I spent enough time on it already. when I originally posted the question above they told me they removed the link & I should review and repost. Nothing to review, I reposted. So, they already got their "link" by themselves-

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

"Adobe_Tech@outlook.com" is an email address known to be used by scammers. Do not respond.

A genuine email from Adobe would be from @adobe.com.

You can report the user by sending an email to phishing@adobe.com

And CS5 is totally unsupported, so it's highly unlikely that Adobe would contact you about it.

No, it is not legitimate!  Adobe email would never use an "outlook.com" address.

Likely to be Scam bait.
