Change community username?

I’ve been attempting to change my screen name / community username to align with my new rebranded business name. Despite multiple attempts following all the recommended procedures, it still fails.

Please help! I would prefer not to publicly post the username to avoid a situation of name squatting.

For best results, avoid anything containing protected brand names or special characters ”:><,.;’ !@#$%^&*()+{}[]|~`

Alphanumeric (Abc123) characters are safe.

Thanks for the quick replies. I’ve already read through these threads and I’m aware of where to change the name. I’ve been trying multiple variations of my preferred screen name, but it keeps saying “invalid”. It’s very unclear if the name is already taken or disallowed by Adobe.
