I cant install the downloaded Photoshop.exe file

Good morning, I am trying to download Photoshop to my desktop and install the program it is not working. The exe file has been downloaded to my pc but when i double click on it to start installation, nothing happens, no meesage, no pop window, nothing. It looks like I have done nothing. I double click on the exe file several times, nothing. Then I open the task manager window and there are several Adobe Phooshop installers activated in the background processes. But then I noticed that it states that it is for a 32 bit when my system works with windows 11 64 bits. Would that be the reason? Then, where I can download the photoshop.exe in Adobe website? Why when I go to https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms/pdp/photoshop?source=apps, there is only one button for downloading the program and it is for 32 bits only? Hopefully someone can assist here. Thanks!

@crismergar try installing the Creative Cloud app using the below link and once installed you can install Photoshop from within that app

Hi @Ged_Traynor thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I downloaded the Creative cloud app as well (name of file is Creative_Cloud_Set-Up_7075.exe which is also 32 bits ) and once the exe file is downloaded in my computer, I double click on it and nothing happens (the same that happens with the photoshop.exe file). Do you know why I can’t open exe files I have downloaded from Adobe website?

Have you tried restarting your PC, if that doesn’t help, try starting a new thread on the Download & Install forum

If this helps, the names of the files downloaded are Photoshop_Set-Up_7075.exe and Photoshop_Set-Up_7475.exe and they do not open after doing a double click on any of them but apparently they are opened in the background.
