I need to cancel my Illustrator subscription, but the plan doesn’t appear in my enterprise account. I also can’t access the Admin Console or live chat to share the error. I’m in Saudi Arabia and was told to contact Customer Support for cancellation.
hi Jeffrey, Nancy, and kglad. Thank you for trying to help. I’m unable to sign to the admin console to contact Adobe. Plus, I have posted in the other community (Account, Payment, & Plan) as per kglad’s advise below. Is there any way to contact Adobe by email? My enterprise IT team couldn’t help me.
@Jeffrey_A_Wright what’s the 4th account? I have 3 accounts (EY GLOBAL SERVICE LIMITED, EYDXP, and my personal) and I know how to navigate between them, however there are no active plans showing under any of them.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html for information on how to use the account chooser to switch between the various accounts you created on Adobe.com.
