Hi, I have just purchased the conversion package.The conversion seems to work - I can delete- change words within a converted document but when I try to add to a sentence or value after the first one or two letters or digits this addition automatically drops me into the next line.Example is pricing an inventory:-3 piece suite Enter $ =OK enter 1 =ok enter addtional digits the $ plus extra digits drop one line.(in this case ist three digits)3 piece Suite $10Dining tableChairs Result(after I add two more digits)3 piece suite$1000Dining tableAny ideas as to how I can solve this please?Message was edited by: dynamo2345

Hi guys,This week I'm immersing myself in a Windows 8 Consumer Preview, IE10 equipped virtual machine, and trying to use everything there without using my host Windows 7 system at all. I'm evaluating Photoshop CS6 as well in that system, and so far everything is going very well. I'm actually able to use Windows 8, with a bunch of tweaks to make it into a serious OS.But one niggling little irritation remains, and I know of no workaround: Using this forum with Internet Explorer 10 and trying to put quotes around things results in this:"XXXXXX"When I type the text XXXXXX above, I simply typed double quote characters in front and back. This is what it looked like in the editor:Please ask the Jive developers to fix this. Virtually all other sites handle double quotes properly with IE10, and as you can see even this Jive software gets it right in the thread subject.Thanks!-Noel
When I go to windows programs and features, i find 22 adobe related items that take up 18.5 GB. Why so much stuff and what can I delete?
Upgrading from LR 4 to 5 on a Post Announcement Upgrade approval I received in mid-June.So I get approved for a PAU and at first I'm told to expect up to a 48 hour waiting period. A week later, the LR shows up in my "recent orders" page but when I click download I'm taken to another page that says "you have no downloads" and that's the end of things.The rest of my story is just trying to get a fulfillment, a conclusion, for weeks and weeks now . . . any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I've got thick skin, if I'm going about something the wrong way, I just want to know.I've spent HOURS on the phone with customer service. They are really weird and not helpful in the least. It's been like having seances over the phone. How can I cancel my credit card annual renovation, after expiration date?
I went to the Developers center page on adobe.com, drilled down to Adobe AIR and went to the tutorials column (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air.html). In the header is a MORE link. Clicking it goes to a page not found with a link labeled "Send us an email" (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/articles.html), I clicked that link but that page doesn't have any email links to report website issues. I chatted with a few people who said they were sales and couldn't help. I ended up on some other chat that told me to report this in the Adboe forums. Is this really the place to report website errors? No one at Adobe even reads these forums! Has Adobe just given up trying to hep customers?
Adobe has been incredible, both from sales and technical support staff. Personable, capable.The products are great, run faster than previous iterations, installation is quick and smooth as a baby's bottom, and while I was deeply skeptical when I learned of the CC policy, I am totally impressed at the exectuion of this model.Kudos.

Today (7AM PDT) when I refresh the PS Forum page I can see the latest updates, but it lasts for only 1 second and reverts to the original page. Have tried this a dozen times and same results every time. Worked fine yesterday.Win 7 Firefox browser.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read this forum post.I make no apologies for the "dramatic" forum post title, but whence you read my story, you will hopefully heed it's notice. The fact also that it has took a long time to find the Forum of which to actually tell my story, reinforces Adobe's "shambles" of a service, as everything is confusingly named. Even typing "customer service" into the search field yielded no results, which is just laughable, considering the amount of negative comments that Adobe recieves about it and having seen such posts myself, know for a fact that such posts exist.I would like to add that I am a university student whom was buying Adobe software for use at home and because of it's use at my university for work on my Journalism and Media course.On February 27th, 2013, I bought Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard and Teacher Edition (Mac,English) for the price of £329.64. I've spent most of the day trying to install Adobe After Effects CS6 trial version. I finally managed to install the Creative Cloud version but I do NOT want Creative Cloud. Are they two different versions? Or if I purchase the CS6 version and fill in the serial number, will the CC download become CS6?I looked under HELP to see if I needed to de-activate the Creative Cloud version before uninstalling it and saw an option to 'log out'. I decided not to do anything before figuring out if they are one in the same or horses of different colors.thanks,Paz

Every morning, I get an "AAM Updates Notifier has stopped working." notice from my OS (Windows 7 64-bit). I can't seem to find any solutions to this problem or even any evidence that anyone else is having this problem. It's very bizzare. I seem to recall trying to run updates on my CS6 at one point and having it fail somehow, but I was very busy and not really paying attention. I suppose I thought, "I'll do it later." But now I get this every morning instead...

I also found that I could not Reply, after that crazy formatting, except by going back up-thread, to before it started getting messed up.It's not a thread of any interest, to anyone, who did not hang out in PrPro Forums, back in the day, but I have never seen anything like this elsewhere, and cannot find out what happened.Hunt

Hello, i use firefox, i'm from czech republic, windows 7 64When i try to login to forum, it almost always redirects me on 404 page! I have to swap countries from Czech to US and hope one of the many attempts will be ok. Sometime it let me in as US user, sometimes as czech. I'm getting really mad of this, cause it lasts for month!
