Using the Adobe forums has had its foibles, but this last update is the final straw.It's slow, it's confusing, it's lacking familiar features. It's making my participation unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. It's supposed to be a community where Adobe users help each other out, but, as someone who likes to give back what I receive, I'm just not going to bother if the new format makes my life difficult. It's not like I'm getting paid to help solve people's problems.At last, the auto-login feature was fixed, but I'd gladly have that problem back if it meant that the website was faster, it was easier to see which threads were new and mark all as read when I'm finished. Notifications are now so confusing I am ready to give up, rather than try to respond quickly.Someone at Adobe should read this this book: Advanced Common Sense - Don't Make Me Think

I am having a problem, when a video uses Flash Player and I right click it I don't get the option to copy video URL, but when I uninstall Flash player, I get the option. So how can I make it so that I can have Flash Player installed, and get the option to copy the video URL?
I'm trying to print a book file and each time I select print I get this error -- Internal Error 12004, 16381268, 16381562, 19311797.
Has the Typography forum been eliminated? I realize it had little traffic. Just want to stop looking for it if it doesn't exist anymore.
We've been making progress on our list of issues and I have some updates/follow up questions:Edits not saving: Is this still occurring for users? I took this thread https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1478133?sr=inbox&ru=38623 to jive and opened a case, but am unable to reproduce this issue (as is the jive agent). I saw in another thread the someone had reported this as resolved, so wanted to take the pulse on if anyone else is still experiencing this issue. If they are, I can get it escalated and have them investigate, but if it appears to be resolved, it would be great to close the case. Let me know! What is the value of the Assumed Answered feature?Some of you had some questions about Assumed Asnswered. I don't see a way to get to the next page in a forum. Maybe I've gone blind??If I can't go to the next page, how can I read the questions and problems?How can anyone answer questions they can't see? Seems like you can still ask, but no one can answer if the post scrolls past the 15 on the first page?What am I missing?Thanks
I would like to: 1. Delete the junk in my in box. 2. Stop it from filling up with junk in the first place.
OK, there's good progress in not being forced to sign in every time, but there's some way to go. We're missing:1. Number of posts in a thread2. Indication of most recent contributor to a thread
In long threads, if you want to go back to discussions you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the page to find the bread crumbs. This is a huge time waster for everyone.Also, check out this thread in the AE forum: AFTER EFFECTS WISHLISTThis is an often visited thread and the only way to get to the most recent post is to click through 9 pages of posts. Not having access to the most recent post directly from a forum link or inside the thread is, well, nuts. Please fix this. It would only take a single line of code...

I have two chat transcripts that have the weakest, rudest, and least helpful customer service people I've ever dealt with. I'm genuinely upset. I asked the last person for an email address to corporate or the CEO and he just gave me the customer service email. I need someone higher up than that. Please help.

I edit a comment I made, and press Save ReplyMy edit doesn't appear! This has happened to me numerous times. Minutes later, I shut down the browser, the edit still isn't there. I try a different browser, it still isn't there
In the previous version of the Adobe forums (this forum), I could quickly come back to the site and check for answers to my previously asked questions. But under this new redesign, I cannot find a link to view my previous discussions anywhere. Is that still an option? If so, where is it?
I've installed CS3 but it has appears to be in Japanese. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't work.Any idea how can I change it to English as its currently unusable?thanks

Hi.I have two questions about the new forum design.1. Where can I find my last posts? I could not find the link to read my last posts.2. I can not open the pages for the older posts. Where can I find the link for second pages on forum pages? Here has one, but, there is no "load more pages" link in the Photoshop forum, for example.
Hi,If I want to search for an answer, I go to the relevant community and switch to the overview tab.I then enter some text into the "Ask a Question" box and then my instinctive action is to hit the enter key. This causes the forum to log me out.I am using IE11 on a Windows 7 system. Do I have something set wrong or must I just avoid using the enter key?Brian
Is there a control over Inbox where every read comment will be reflected as read in the specific community thread listed under "Content"?As I realised today, if I have read a contribution to a specific thread in a Forum and switch over to my Inbox, that is always open in another browser tab, that comment if also listed there is also marked as "read". That's ok.But not the other way around. That is making the Inbox less useful. Not to say useless.Uwe
Why is this never changing?I have posted a reply and it is nearly 30 minutes but it never changes!!! Is it working or one should ignore it and not rely on it. I thought I can rely on it to see if there is any need for further clarification but the feature is completely useless.
