@kglad,

I think Private Messaging is an earned privilege now.  Perhaps too many new users were abusing it.

I'm signing off the web now.  Maybe you can show our good friend how to disable forum email notifications.  Have a very nice Christmas.  I'll see you when I see you.  😉

No, Nancy! You friend @ajk_1962f has switched off private messaging in her profile.

And to @ajk_1962f : Please don't report Nancy. We need her, she provides a good deal of useful information. But if you want to report her, instead of switching off notifications, you can do so by clicking the Report button, and an Adobe moderation team will review the report. I doubt, however, that you will be successful with that report.

@John T Smith,

Jive software docs?   I think that link from 2014 is showing its age.  We haven't been on Jive for a long time.

The current community social platform is made by Khoros (formerly called Lithium).

AFAIK, this is all we have in the way of documentation.

@kglad How do I get the information to you confidentially?  I don't want to identify the person in the public forums?

Use private messaging.  Click person's Avatar/screen name.

Or submit a Report which will be reviewed privately by an Adobe Employee.
