Sort by Latest Activity Not Working

The sort by latest activity is not working properly. Below is a screen capture of the Lightroom Classic forum, you can see what sorting I have selected and how the threads are not listed in the order of latest activity. Furthermore, some threads just don't show up; and if I change the sort order to sort by creation date, new threads appear that are not listed in the latest activity sort.

    Well it seems that as of last night, the problem is fixed.

    Hi dj_paige ,

    Looping in Dave Merchant​​ for expert advice.

    The only reason I could imagine this happening is when a moderator edits an old post.
