Hi community! Could you help me to figure out, why attached images were rejected with reason "quality issies"?Many thanks!!

two months ago I added several new files to adobe stock, but so far I have received neither confirmation nor rejection. my files are still ‘under review’, although the site says that the review can take up to 8 weeks (which has already passed). has anyone else had a similar problem?

I'd like to redeem my Creative Cloud Plan, but I can't find the blue redemption banner on my dashboard page to click the link. Actually I haven't seen that blue banner for a while. I've check my emails and couldn't find the redemption code email as well, is anyone know thatI is there another way to redeem it?

This unexpected action has not only hindered my workflow but has also resulted in significant losses for both myself and the affected contributor.In my efforts to seek assistance, I have reached out to Adobe support through various channels, including multiple chat agents and emails, yet I have received no responses or resolutions to date. Hello. I have been drawing and submitting clipart illustrations for three years now and never had any quality issues, but lately illustrations have been rejected en masse due to quality, what could be the reason? I've never used AI and don't intend to, maybe the reviewers think these are generated illustrations. Or are they really low quality?

Adobe Stock used to approve our images quickly before AI, after AI producers, we are being treated unfairly by real design and photography producers like us. 9 out of 10 of the top visuals are made by AI, it seems like there is no need for real designers on this site anymore. My files that I sent before 2024 are still under review, AI defeated us, it seems like we need to stop designing...

Most of my images get rejected due to quality issue but those are accepted by other big stock agency. How may I know the exact reason?

Hi, I'm a beginner here at Adobe Stock. (I'm from Brazil, sorry if my English is bad) I had these images rejected due to quality issues. They were created using artificial intelligence. They only accepted one of these images. Could it be because it was the same type? Or is there a problem with blur and noise. The image Jesus_3 was accepted, the others were rejected. I really appreciate your feedback. 

 hello everyoneI find the file review criteria inconsistent these days.As you can see from the photo I attached, some files are rejected and some are approved, even though they are files with the same specifications.The reason for rejection is that it does not meet quality standards, which does not make sense.It would have been better if it had been rejected with similar content. It's not like that.This never happened before, but it happens often these days.Doesn’t it seem like AI is doing the judging?

Hello! I have encountered a situation – I upload my images to various photo stocks, but my largest library is on Adobe Stock. On other photo stocks (where I have far fewer images), my pictures sell quite well, whereas on Adobe Stock, I haven’t had a single sale so far. Could I find out if my account is blocked or if there is something wrong with it? Should I continue uploading photos here if they ultimately won’t appear in search results for other people?

Hello, I have some photos taken in Honfleur, a French town. I didn't post them because you can see buildings and people, but when I did a search on Adobe stock, there are photos of these place whith recognizable buildings and people too. Does it mean that I can post cityscapes ? I am confused, and if anyone has an answer I would be grateful.

This file was rejected because it did not meet quality standards.I always submitted files with this level of quality, but these days I'm suddenly getting rejected for poor quality.

I just looked at the recent top sellers list today; there I found this portfolio.  Syed photos, images, assets | Adobe Stock   Oh my God, I was shocked for real! Those images, man! By what chance do those moderators accept that kind of image? I want you all to go check that portfolio fully. This is very serious because contributors like us, even after making high-quality images, get rejected with reasons like quality issues or something. And more surprising is how that account got 1,000 downloads with only 1,700 images also with  new account. or  he/she is different from all the other contributors out here?

I have a question about vector sets. I use Adobe Illustrator ..... should I leave them with a transparent background, or is it okay to use a white background? Or are both options acceptable? I plan to upload many files, so I want to be sure without increasing my rejection rate

The reason it was rejected was this:"Do not submit generative AI content with titles that imply an actual depiction of newsworthy events." But in the content requirements they ask to do this:"Include the main subject of your prompt in your title." And they also stated quality issues, which seemed general. The title is: Tamago Hash SlidersIt's and AI generated image.. Any advice?
