2 days ago I saw that my contributor account's payment had been done by Adobe Stock, but the payment had not been reflected on my PayPal account, and it's still not. it's been 3 days now. I have mail to Adobe stock support but they don't reply fast. even though I had put the correct email on the payout time. can they send the payment to another wrong user from them?  and will it get back the money if it goes into another account?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Greetings everyone!I generated some simple images of interiors using AI and just a few of them got rejected due to Intellectual Property Refusal. Trying to understand what is the issue to not get more of those refusals, please give me your opinion. I attached a compressed image of the rejected submission. As you can see there are simply 3 posters and a chair. The only thing I suspect is that the chair has a copyrighted design or something like that. The title is "Contemporary Interior with Three Empty Poster Mock-ups and a Modern Chair", I don't think I could use anything IP related in the tags and the prompt I used to generate the image is just a simple description of the interior and lighting without referencing any artists, styles or companies.  Thank you!

I signed up to sell photos that I've taking and all have been rejected but one out of like 12.  This isn't what i thought it out to be from reviews.  But when I got to my profile I don't see a deactivation link.  I mean whats the point of uploading if you cant upload a photo you only changed the lighting slightly. "Our members like to change the photo."  I could care two cents less what these people like.  I liked my photos and thought they looked good.  At least they're good enough for facebook and sharing with family and friends.  Sorry but not sorry adobe stock.

Can I upload images of the blocked ID to the new ID?

Some of my pictures were rejected for this reason:“During our analysis, we found that it was likely generated using artificial intelligence and is not properly labeled.”These works are over 15 years old; I edited them with Photoshop and without AI.Is there anything I can do to ensure they are accepted?

i need help so i am a contributor in adobe stock so the problem is adobe stock contributor team takes 8 weeks for reviewing images/files but this time they are taking so long It's been 2.5j months still they aren’t reviewing my files and i don't how much time they will going to take please somone help me i wanna know is this a bug or are they really taking more time to review i contacted in adobe live chat also the team too but they kept saying we are from billing department and they gave me a link and said we have dedicated team so i clicked in the given link and reported them and they replied and said the same thing we are from billing department we have dedicated team so visit the link and did that again and report them again and they kept saying we are from billing department huh i am soo worried someone help me fix this bug   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

hello. I am trying to create images from AI and trying to sell them on this platform. My images were rejected due to quality issues. Can someone please help me out with where and what went wrong so, I can learn and not repeat the issues?The photos are attached below,thanks for your answering. 

HelloI was surprised today that my Adobe Stock Contributor account has been de-activated due to not complying with Account and Content Submission Guidelines but I don't know why although I follow the Account and Content Submission Guidelines completely.I don't know any details to tell you but I can explain my account status recently.During the past month I have expanded my account from 1000 assets to 4000 assets and I was getting 30-50 sales per week. This continued for 4 weeks I made $120 and I requested payout on the 21st of this month but yesterday the 25th only made 220 sales and after about 12 hours I logged into my account and found that It was de-activated. Was my account de-activated because of these 220 sales? And why? And what can I do to recover my account and avoid this happening again? And will my account be suspended every time I make large sales to this extent like these 220 sales? If these 220 sales are the reason for de-activating my account, then why was my account de

What is this why adobestock blocked my you there are lot of people in the world whose name are same and why my account is blocked . I worked very hard please tell me how to solve this issue.

When i uploaded file it's shown "Business Infographic 105.zip couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type. Valid vector formats are AI, EPS and SVG. Vector zip files are no longer supported." Can I know Why?

Since last month, I am getting too many rejections for AI generated images. I am contributing from a long time and had 90% approval rate. The review time was slow earlier but the reviews were properly done and my images were getting accepted. But ever since they have started reviewing quickly, my images are getting  rejected left and right. I check my images thoroughly and make sure they don't have any issues. Hello, I am new to this commuity. I had some photos rejected and I don't understand why. Attached are the two photos in question. I always double check my photos for errors, resolution, and size. I pay for AI upscalers to ensure a high-res image. The first one is an image of a sky with fluffy clouds. It is 5568x7392 and the file size is 24.5mb. I had to size this one down for this forum.The second one is a palm tree on a white background for graphic desingers to use in their designs. It is 5520x5376 and is 9mb. My goal is to learn from my mistakes and I am hoping this community can show me what I am doing wrong with these two images.  The only thing I can think of is if I uploaded the wrong versions but I don't think I did.  Thanks for your help

Hi, I am working as a adobe contributer and i also teach my siblings and they want to start work on adobe contributer. Question we use different laptop but use the same wifi ......can adobe block our accounts or not or we use diifernt internet....Note for this reason we have not created accounts yet. Plz guide us if its ok then we will start work on same wifi or  its necessary to use different internet or wifi for every adobe account. Thank you. 

Hello, I uploaded pictures to Adobe Stock, but I don’t have Adobe Stock subscription. Do I still own the copyright of these pictures and can I use them for commercial purposes?

My Contributor account is banned and i dont submit copyright content please help me to get re activate my account i am very poor i dont have money adobe stock is one platform where i get some earnings please help me, i give them application but they close my account 

I want to ask that i can Sell my images that are published on adobe stock on other Platforms also? 

The past 3 of July, adobe stock approved my fist video in 4k.   But I can't find it searching with the same words that I Uploaded it.   How I can find it? Is it indexed correctly? Is it public?    If I can't find it, no one will, ss It will have 0 dowloands.
