Hello, My previously accepted photos have disappeared?

Buenas tardes, podrian ayudarme a ver el problema en esta foto por favor? Fue rechazada por problemas tecnicos sin embargo no veo la falla. El enfoque lo hice a la graza y a mi parecer esta enfocada. Gracias.

Hi,Does anyone know how I can get my contributor account back?I haven't uploaded in years and my images were ticking along making a few dollars here and there. At this point, I only logged in to request a payout.Well, today I logged into my account to find this message; “Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.”I had no warning prior to this that there was an issue with my account. I wrote in and quickly received a form letter in response stating that I had violated Adobe’s terms or submission guidelines and that my account was terminated.I wrote back to ask what I had supposedly done as I have not uploaded any image in years and, therefore, couldn’t have violated any terms. Rather than offering any information, I was stonewalled. He would not discuss the issue and the decision was final.I can find no way to contact anyone else to ask for help with this issue or to learn more about why the account was terminated. Does anyone know how I can contact someone othe

Hello community, My contributor name is PenSmasher,i got Block/banned account at 14th November.They say may be i download free icon/illustration or submitted files from somewhere any-free download and submitted it into adobe stock. but all files it's my own.May be i misunderstand somepoint that they said.and theni explainning how i own all of my submitted files at 15th and today, it has been 9 days, they not reply me now,totally email i sent is 4 emails seem like it's too much, in the email i explain about where is another marketplace i submitted and sent the 2 RAW files in the email.i'm not sure what happen after i sent explaining in 4 email at 15th,18th and 2emails at 22th.That's make me worry about my career.Please someone has same experience share how you end up this.If the somepeople is support contributor team see this post,Please help me.

Hi,I am french and all my tiltles and all my keywords are in french. ( for now )Adobe stock requires that the titles and keywords must be in the same language.Then Adobe stock says it translates into the language of each country.I opened adobe stock USA, spain, italy and germany : nothing is translated in the titles of my videos.I can’t check for keywords.Could someone explain that to me ? Cordialement. 

Please, can someone help me to understand how patterns with birds and branches (examples attached) are considered by Adobe to depict recognizable places, buildings, artwork, cars, pets, or other property owned by someone else?

I am trying to figure out why this photo of Alhambra palace, and several other taken in same session, were rejected with reason "technical quality". All were taken ISO64 and on stable tripod.

I have uploaded a lot of PNG files. I'm now wondering if I should have made them all JPG.Do people have the option to download as JPG or is PNG just as acceptable for people to download these days? (Basically just wondering if I have given myself an issue in not making the files as readily accessible to folks who might want a simple photo!)Thanks

Hey, All started on November 20th after talking with one of the agents asking to help with bonus code( free plan of 20GB) I got on [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]  account which I don't have photos on and was asked to open due to mistake was done to me last year by one of the agents deleting my main account vitoriahod at that time. Back then I was asked to open the nikolioh26  to get the code & another new account to which all the data will be transferred to, which is now my main account ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] ).All worked well Until November 21th, I had more than 500 photos and 76$ on Adobe stock and suddenly I have 0 and no data at all.My approach to adobe agents on November 20th was in order to help me redeem the bonus code on my main account to continue the free plan I dese

Hello, I am keen to submit illustrations and vectors. However, I don't want to mix my photo content with illustrations / vectors, as I feel the search objectives are different, plus the browsing experience is definitely better for the end user if the batreu of the content is separated.  But, is it allowed? Any advice on how to differentiate my portfolios? Thank you!

Hi forum Im trying to figure out why a photo was rejected and tried to post to this forum for discussion, but it gets rejected again, this time I get a message "exceeds maximum allowed size" event though it is below 10 MB and the interface state that the max size is 47 MB. Hope someone can help, Regards to all

Hello, several of my pictures were rejected because of quality issues. Same kind of pictures have been accepted earlier and this one has been accepted in several photo stocks. I woudl like to get feedback, because I want to improve my work. Here is one example of pictures rejected.- Pekka

Hi. I'm brand new to Adobe products and submitting stock. I've  had a few drawings submitted and approved. I submitted some challenging pictures of snow covering red roses, a few of which were rejected for quality issues.  I did the edits I learned thus far from courses and tutorials to try to make the  details pop, but apparently didn't do them appropriately. Hi, I always use the same email in Adobe Account and I've uploaded some photos to Adobe Stock. My profile is https://stock.adobe.com/br/contributor/207687662/felipe?load_type=author&prev_url=detail , but now I can't see or access my photos. It seems to be with other contributor ID but I don't know why, because I always use the same email. Where is my photos? Please can anyone help me? How can I talk to the offical support? Thanks in advance.

I mistakenly submitted two images (which were recently approved) as Illustrations when they should have been Photos. How can I fix this? Should I delete them then re-submit?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
