Unable to Access Illustrator and Photoshop – Access Request Still Pending

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I recently purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan (including Illustrator and Photoshop) through Naver on June 10, 2025, under the name Kang Woojung.

However, I have been unable to access the applications. I submitted an access request as instructed, but I keep receiving the same message saying that my request will be reviewed soon. It has already been several days, and I still cannot use the products.

I urgently need to use Illustrator and Photoshop for my work, so I kindly ask for your immediate assistance in resolving this issue.
