Please get rid of all those blue buttons or make the post/answer stick to the bottom of the thread and not somewhere in the middle.

"(that is if you can read them, they might be too small....)"

    Hi Ann,

If you use this method, you can read them (if you don't mind jumping through hoops):

-right click and then click on open in new tab

-click on  the image in the new tab

Of course, this doesn't fix the issue that posts are out of order and can't be read chronologically.

    Bob

I tried that on a mac, chrome browser

I clicked the image above - opened in a new tab, same size and fuzzy as hell

increasing its size in the browser window just expanded the fuzziness with the image, yeah its just about legible, but far from ideal.

    thanks

No you first Click the image in the post, That opens a image Viewing window.

Then you RIGHT Click on it and select Open in new Tab.

An new tab opens with that image And then you get the Magnafier icon with + sign and when you click the image Zooms in.

Such a pleasure to read: look at the dates (that is if you can read them, they might be too small....)

Not sure what you mean with "make the post/answer stick to the bottom of the thread".

    Ann means this:

Everything would be fine with a Flat View forum

Yes to both Ann and Tacafy, in a way.

With the old forum system (And most Good forum systems) there is a Reply to the OP, sometimes a Reply to thread/discussion (Nondescript reply, not to any one person or reply) and a Reply to all other people that have replied.

The Reply to OP need to be at the bottom of the original post and at the bottom of the page (like in the old forum and how Tacafy has shown), Someplace a Reply to Discussion (possibly) and then at the bottom of All Other Replies there need to be a Reply link/button that you can use to reply to that specific post. With all of them, with the exception of the indiscriminate which really doesn't need to be there, when you select one of those Reply links/buttons it Reads "In Reply To and then the username of the person that made the post you are replying to.

There also needs to be a system that highlights the OPs name when they Reply to a Reply. So others can tell the Original poster is asking something else or answering a question asked of them.

This place is a MESS. None of the above is happening. I think it is BobLavine that said "How could this thing go live the way it was originally and even now after at least 2 rounds of update.

Yes Ann Nested replying has to GO.

    Maybe I said it wrong:

This nested stuff has to go.

    Just Shoot Me, good evening.

Doesn't Ann Bens want to say this? I tried to edit some images of this thread.
The point is that it is easier to use the reply button for the latest reply (at the bottom of the screen), eliminating the reply button from each reply so as not to nest.

*The image was replaced because the explanation was not enough(The blue button below is not nested).

In the Jive era, there was a button "Reply to the very beginning" at the bottom of the reply.
If this can be implemented in Kohos, isn't it possible to solve the nesting problem?

The image below is a screenshot from the ongoing AEM forum on a Jive basis.
