Hey there! Isurfed thru a few threads and didn't see what I was looking for... I apologize if this has already been answered and I missed it.
I've just upgraded to Catalina, and I'm trying to uninstall CS5, CS5.5, etc., but the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool for Mac appears to also be 32-bit and won't work. How do I rid myself of these now useless apps? Thanks in advance for your time and indulgence!

Just delete the application folders, any other subfolders, any folder that holds info about those programs and any Alias's that point to them. None of those program take up much drive space so even if you left something behind it wouldn't matter. They can't run so don't try to start them.
You could also search for any configuration files (I forget what they are called, it is on the TIP of my tongue and the second I post this reply I will remember it) for them and delete those also.
Or you could revert the OS back to one that actually works properly.

Thanks for the tip. It pains me though to not be able to use the programs I spent so much money on though. Ouch.

From what I've read, Mojave has been popping up warning messages for months
If you really want to continue using your old programs, click this to see 2 links on reverting

Fortunately, we have Mac Mini that's still running High Sierra, so it isn't a total catastrophe.
Thanks!

No, the creative cloud cleaner is 64 bit and does/should work on macOS Catalina.
Anyway the one from this page does.

Yeah that page was last updated i=on the 8th of October. So it seems Adobe updated the Cleaner Tool to 64 bit recently. It wasn't a week ago.

I just downloaded the Cleaner Tool using your link and when I try to run it I get the following message.
“Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software." What do I need to do to make this work? I just upgraded to Catalina and want to get rid of CS5 and CC 2015 apps. Thanks for your help!

stacyh17777445, good evening.
This display depends on the settings on the OS side, and can be avoided by setting the control panel.
Although it is a Japanese article, since screen capture is English, I think that it will be helpful to some extent, so please have a look.
Here is the URL translated by google.
