Is there any way to create 2d rotation and scale animation with custom animating center?

In Photoshop animation it always considers the center of the object as the animating center.

I need to create 2D rotation and scale animation that animating around the user specified( custom ) center.

In Adobe Photoshop, Is there any method to do that?

There are only basic options in Photoshop, you can not tell to Photoshop to animate around custom anchor point.

If I can understand your question then try this: when you enter Free Transform mode there is reference point in the middle unless it is turned off in the Options bar. You can turn it on manually by clicking square to which is pointing arrow in my screenshot.

Click on reference point and reposition it before scaling/rotating.

Hi Bojon

Thank you for your response.

I want to animate the object around that reference point. Not just to modify the object in a single frame.

Even though we created animation by modifying the object rotated that custom reference point using transform animation,
Animation does not consider our custom reference point while animating,

It just considers the adjacent frames and linearly interpolates the transformation between two frames.
