Photoshop is running slow

Good day!

For the start - sorry for my English.

But I have a question. I am a student who loves drawing. So I think one month ago I downloaded Photoshop CC 2018 and started the free trial. I drew one painting and everything worked so good, I didn't have any problems. So I decided to pay for Photoshop so I bought it. But now the Photoshop is really really slow and I can't paint a single painting in it. At first I had problem with RAM but I figured this out. But it's still really slow, so I found what my computer needs for Photoshop. Yeah I was stupid that I didn't do it earlier, but free trial worked good. It said that I need at least 2,00 GHz processor but I have only 1,80 GHz. Other parameters fit. So could this be the problem? I don't know because I really didn't have any problems in the free 7 days.

Thank you for your answer,

Martina

Photoshop trial software and Photoshop subscription software is the same software.  Ir you painting on the same size and resolution document you were when tried Photoshop.   If you are try resetting your Photoshop Preferences.
