Looped video after exporting

hello,

i’ve been trying to figure out how to solve this issue I’ve been having on premiere pro. I have 2 video feeds and a separate audio track, everything is synchronized and i’ve exported the video as an h.264 video type. However, when I play back the exported video, one of my video feeds is stuck on a loop that goes from the start of the video to about 30-40 seconds into the video, then back to the beginning. I’ve checked my source files to ensure that the recordings are in fact correct, and i’ve given Premiere Pro time to buffer the video to make sure the video runs smoothly.

is there some tool, or system check that I missed in order to make sure certain video feeds don’t loop like this? Please let me know.

Try cleaning your media cache. You don't need to render before to export.

Thank you Stan for the suggestion, and I did follow through, however it didn’t resolve the problem. The video was able to go further but resulted in looping again. I have cleaned out the cache by following the provided instructions.

I am having the same issue and cleared my cache and that didn't work.

Any other suggestions?
