Music is too loud to hear my voice, how can I fix this with Premiere?

Hello everyone.

I mistakenly had music too loud when I was recording my video and you can barely hear my voice because of it. My voice & the music were recorded on the same file. Is there a way I can edit this with Premiere to lower the volume of the music and make my voice stand out more?

Thank you.

Best is to redo the recording.

Audition might be able to fix this, but don't hold your breath.

Record voice and music separate.

If the music is stereo, centre channel extract in Audition might help but I wouldn't rely on it.

This cannot be properly fixed.  Rerecord music and voice separately.
