I am really upset about this...
All of a sudden, Premiere constantly crashes, upon opening an existing project, or importing new files into a new sequence... Also I notice, that no picture appears in the video monitor.
My specs:
AMD Ryzen 2700X
32GB DR4 3000 mhz Samsung b-die
RTX2080
1TB m2 SSD
500GB SSD
8TB WD RED harddrive
I tried:
Uninstalling + installing Premiere Pro.
Installing earlier version of Premiere Pro
Uninstalling and installing new nVidia driver
Clearing Premiere cache
I am really mad, as I think the subscription is expensive enough as it is, and then it doesn't work! Furthermore, I had promised my client the deliverence of his video TODAY - Now I can't make that promise!
ADOBE - PLEASE fix your program!

After the Adobe Premiere update, Adobe would crash if I tried to open a project or import files, whenever I also had my ASUS GPU TWEAK running!
It was no problem before the update, but all of a sudden, Adobe would crash whenever these two programs were running at the same time!
So exitting Asus GPU Tweak before running Adobe solved it for me...
Perhaps if you have another program with an OSD (on-screen-display) function, try disabling this?

April fool for me too !
Just installed the latest adobe premiere fix 13.1.1 (that lists bunches of crash types), just checked that the nvidia driver is up to date (425.31 for GTX 950 M), still crashes.
Adobe please URGENT ACTION REQUIRED.

13.1.2 still crashing.
Updated today the nvidia driver to release 430.39 (23/04/2019), not better.
Most of the time I get a white screen, then premiere closes.
But this time I got the famous blue screen, code "BAD_POOL_HEADER".
Well Adobe, really feel free to answer.

Guys same happening to me,
on an iMac Pro. Had several time support from adobe but it’s still happening and it also crash and restart over and over again. On big projects and on really small one with iPhone footage.
this is crazy.
people are working hard here to create Projects and we don’t have time to deal with this issues.
Never expected something like this from Adobe.
really not cool
