как отменить подписку и вернуть деньги

добрый день! Сегодня списались с карты 1159.20 рублей . Когда я оформляла подписку, то была введена в заблуждение, так как оплатила уже на год, а получается что теперь будут ежемесячно снимать. Хочу чтобы вернули мне полностью деньги и отменить подписку.

А сколько списалось при оформлении подписки? Если те же 1159, то это именно ежемесячный платеж, что и указано в тарифе.

Добрый день. При плане с предоплатой у вас не будут снимать деньги ежемесячно. Свяжитесь с службой поддержки для выяснения обстоятельств.

Здлавствуйте. Я хочу отменить подписку т.к. я ей не разу не воспользовался. И даже не был в курсе того что за нее  ежемесечно идет оплата. Как только узнал пишу Вам  с требованием отменить подписку и вернуть мне деньги. Из-за того что я подписывался на пробную бесплатную версию. И даже не догадывался что ежемесечно с меня будут списывать деньги. Извините я не богатый человек что бы так раскидыватся деньгами. Убедительное требование вернуть мне мои деньги.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
