كيف يمكنني الغاء الاشتراك؟

لقد اشتركت بالتجربة مجانية وكانت جيدة الى حد ما ، ثم نسيت ان اقوم بإلغاءها ، وتم سحب مبلغ الإشتراك من بطاقتي الإئتمانية ومن ثم حاولت ان الغي الإشتراك ولم يتم ، حاليًا تصلني رسائل سحب ولم اسددها لأنني لم اعد استخدم البرنامج ، كانت المرة الاخيرة عندما كانت تجربة مجانية ، اريد حل للمشكلة

the solution was, you should have canceled during the trial period.  or even within one week of the trial expiring and your agreement to pay went into effect.

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
