3 hours and 10 min stuck in customer support hell

I started at 9.49am est. I called and had to cancel my old subscription because I no longer have access to that email. I set up a new onlne account and was sent a payment link to fill in to be able to purchase the creative suite at a discounted price $29.99/month. I had  my boss fill this out and I tried to use Illustrator. It sent me to a link that wanted me to pay $59.99/month. I called customer support back at 10.47am est. I have been sent from department to department and hung up on multiple times. I was repeatedly told that $59.99/ month was the best deal they could offer me even though I had a quote for $29.99/month. I then spoke to a guy who was very helpful - but told me the very best deal he could do for me was $69.99/month. I explained the quote and he said that the quote was not helpful. We went back and forth - him saying $69.99 and me trying to give him my quote number so he can see I was offered a deal for $29.99/month. He had me on hold for 20 min or so - checking back with me - stating his boss had to be contacted. He said he will give me the $29.99 offer but I would have to purchase an AI assistant for pdf's for $4.99/month to get the $29.99 deal. I argued that I had a quote for $29.99/month and he said that I had to go to a different department. In the process I was hung up on again. I got through to the last person who assisted me and finally sent me another payment link - and now I am waiting for my boss to fill out payment link to FINALLY BE ABLE TO BLOODY USE ILLUSTRATOR. I asked her if she could give me access to Illustrator for a day just so I can get a simple piece of artwork done and she told me that until the payment link was filled she could not. I explained all of the above to her again - and she said sorry - there is nothing I can do. I finally ended my phone hell with you guys at 1pm est. I have been on the phone with you guys from 9.49am till 1pm today and I still can't make a simple edit in Illustrator. How is this acceptable customer service?

Georgian, I am very sorry, but we don't offer free trials for most of our services. Please bookmark https://adobe.ly/4irWV6Z for information on how to download and install Illustrator once we have received payment. I would also recommend that you contact your company's IT department, as they may have blocked access to the ability to download and install Illustrator for individual users, which would leave you unable to use Illustrator even after you have paid for a trial.
