Abomodell ändern

Schon seit einer Woche versuche ich vergeblich mein Abomodell zu ändern und befinde mich in einer Endlosschleife.

Ich möchte wegen der Preiserhöhung vom alten Fotoabo zur gleichen Version als Jährliches Prepaidabo wechseln.

- ich bekomme (bei "Zustimmen und Abonieren")  jedesmal eine Fehlermeldung, daß die Änderung nicht möglich ist: "Dein Abo konnte leider nicht geändert werden, versuche es später erneut"

- ich habe alles nach Anleitung gemacht und aktuell gibt es KEINEN Zahlungsvorgang der das behindern könnte.

- der Virtuelle Hilfeassistent teilt mir ständig mit, daß kein Mitarbeiter verfügbar ist, ich bekomme also keine Unterstützung.

Vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen??

try using a mobile phone's updated (non- opera)  browser with wifi disabled

That does not help.

I tried it with my iPhone / Safari. WiFi off, VPN off.

I also tried it with my Macbook and iPad.

Same Problem.

Ich habe einen Support Mitarbeiter erreicht, dieser konnte mir helfen und mein Aboplan ist nun geändert worden.
