Abrechnungsproblem ohne Grund / nerviges PopUp bei jedem Öffnen einer PDF

Gibt es eine Firma die der Firma Adobe bei Ihrem Abrechnungsproblem behilflich sein kann?
Bin ich der Einzige mit diesem Problem?

Seit Monaten bucht Adobe von derselben Bankverbindung ab.

Jede Zahlung wurde eingelöst. Es gab keine einzige Rücklastschrift. 
Die letzte Abbuchung erfolgte am 09.06.2025.
IMMER zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erhalte ich für 7-5 Tage bei JEDEM öffnen einer Adobe App "Abrechnungsproblem" und ein zusätzliches PopUp mit der Zahlung.

 

Bei JEDEM Öffnen einer PDF Datei.

IMMER. 

IMMER für 5-7 Tage pro Monat.

I´m having the same exact problem and I´m basically just replying to keep this thread open!

I´m getting these pop-ups and upon checking my account, everything´s been payed, fair and dandy. When the pop-ups first happened, I really thought, somebody was trying to pish me but it seems legit coming from Adobe. What IS this, very annoying!!!

Thank you for your reply. Could you please clarify which account you are referring to (Adobe account, bank account, or another)? My Adobe account details are visible in the screenshot I provided. Could you specify exactly what I should check in the account to address the billing issue and the persistent pop-up?

As additional context, I’ve already checked my Adobe account and contacted Adobe’s customer service via chat, who confirmed that everything is in order with my account. I suspect the issue lies in the communication between the SEPA direct debit payment provider "Adobe via Ppro" and Adobe’s system marking the payment as processed. Thank you for your help!
