Accidentally cancelled my plan and now they cannot start it and they charge me?

I accidentally cancelled my plan, was initially just cancelling the adobe stock.

Now I contact support and they say they cannot reactivate my plan.   So I get charged $20 and have to start over?

This seems like a money grab to me.

Can someone help me out or is this the way it is.

Well, a lot of people complain because they have trouble cancelling. Sorry about that, but wasn't there a second confirmation question?

Thank you for the reply, but in my case I did not want to cancel that, but did.

Now I cannot activate it or reverse the cancellation.

As of my information, a cancelled plan cannot be reactivated, but customer service can allocate a new plan and waive early termination for the old one. Contact customer service again. Update this, when you need further help.

Thank you for the help.

I was actually talking to customer service and they never gave any options.

I will try again on Monday and reply here.

Thanks again
