Hello everyone,
I recently made an accidental purchase of the Adobe PDF yearly subscription on April 20, 2023, at 6:07:21 pm IST for Rs 6000 from Google Play. I thought that the subscription was free for seven days, but the full amount was deducted from my account. As per Google's terms and conditions, I am eligible for a refund if I meet Adobe's terms and conditions.
I have been informed by the Google team that Adobe has to initiate the refund process, and I am required to provide the following details:
1. Transaction ID: GPA.3321-0946-9217-60982
2. Date of transaction: April 20, 2023, at 6:07:21 pm IST
3. Payment amount: Rs 6000
I have attached the payment receipt and Google's response email for your reference.
The amount charged for this subscription is significant for me as it was meant for my college tuition fee. I am deeply concerned and worried about the deduction and its impact on my financial situation. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the full amount as soon as possible.
I understand that processing refunds may take some time, but I would be grateful if anyone has any information or guidance on how to expedite this process. Please let me know if any additional information is needed from my end to facilitate this process.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance with this matter.
Best regards,
[Somnath Thakur]

you can't expedite your refund, but you do want to make sure you have canceled your subscription and are going to get a refund. ie, did you cancel your subscription?
if not, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

If there is any further information that I need to provide, please let me know. I am available to assist with any additional steps required to complete the refund process.

Subject- Need assistance from Adobe: Requesting a Letter of Confirmation for Refund Eligibility
Hello everyone,
I am following up on my previous post regarding the refund for a yearly subscription to Adobe PDF that I accidentally purchased from Google Play. I contacted Adobe support, and they assured me that they would initiate the refund process by sending an email to Google.
However, when I contacted Google support, they informed me that I should contact the developer for the refund, as mentioned in the email attached to my previous post. I explained to them that I had already contacted Adobe, but they still advised me to reach out to the developer.
I am hoping that Adobe can provide me with a letter or some form of confirmation that I have canceled my subscription and am eligible for the refund, which I can present to Google support. This way, I can expedite the refund process and receive the money as soon as possible.
If anyone has any advice or suggestions on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Somnath Thakur

You didn't read what they have sent to you. Google gave you an e-mail to contact. You should have done that.
We here can't help.
