Acrobat Adobe blocking access to my PS, Lr, and Br programs.

I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat and since then whenever I try to open PS, Lr, or Br, I get an ad from Adobe trying to sell the very programs I pay monthly for. I tried launching directly, but I still get blocked by an ad to purchase. I have stage four cancer, and my joy is to work on my little photography projects, but I am unable to do that now. Thank you for any help with resolving this issue.

you'll need to sign out of the cc desktop app and then sign in to the account that had the subscription you want to use.

you're welcome.

if you want one account with all the subscriptions, you'll need to sign in to adobe.com with the subscription you want to cancel, cancel itand then sign out of adobe.com, sign in woth the active account and add what you want.

I have been paying monthly for my subscriptions for PS, Br, and Lr, but recently purchased an Acrobat subscription. Now, whenever I try to open PS, Br, and Lr, I can't open them because I get an ad from Adobe asking if I want to try a trial or purchase the programs. Thank you for any help you might be able to give me.

Yes!! I think I opened a new account when I purchased the Acrobat subscription. Thank you! How do I rectify that issue? I don't see a customer service connection to a real person...just AI.
