Hi I had opted for a 7 day free trial on 15/08/22. Did not want the plan and cancelled the free trial. Inspite of my cancellation I have been charged $28.99 on 24/09/22 and now when I'm about to cancel my plan through '' Manage Plan'' it says that I will be charged for early cancellation fee of $144.93. Why would I be charged after one month? I had already cancelled my 7 day free trial. Kindly refund the $28.99 and cancel the forced subcription please.

Did you get any confirmation regarding successfull cancellation? If yes, then you can show that to the support team and ask them to cancel without penalty and issue a refund as well.
To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
