Adobe Acrobat Refund

Hello Adobe Team, 

I am yet to receive my refunds, despite making the cancellations within 14 days and being told that I would receive refunds within 5 days. My order numbers are as follows:
 
7223208706  and 7223185859

Thanks for reaching out. I confirm that the refund has been initiated from Adobe on !3th and 15th of September respectively. It may take 12-14 days for the refund to process.
