Hi. I have been trying to subscribe to Creative Cloud for weeks now but every time I tried the system rejected my card. I live in Turkey and I am using a Turkish card. There is nothing wrong with the card as I have already checked with my bank many times before. My account is in the right country either. The problem is on your end. Can a worker/expert please help me?

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I tried to solve the problem with a representative but he couldn't help me either. I need to know whether debit cards are acceptable in turkey or not

Only Adobe Support can answer that.

They said they don't have the info. But on the payment page it says Debit or Credit card so it does work I guess. But for some reason adobe system doesn't take the money.

Yes. They couldn't help me. They say some countries don't accept debit card perhaps thats the reason but as I mentioned there are two options on the payment page. One is bank card the other is credit. So they do accept. But adobe website just keeps rejecting. I asked them to if there's another way to pay and they said no

so when I pay them I wont be using Adobe anymore for payment system then?
I have seen the same problem with others. Why adobe hasn't addressed them yet I wonder. Are they really against people buying their products??

adobe's a for-profit company. their obligation is to make money. but they must also be careful to avoid violating laws both domestic (usa) and those in countries where their products are available.
