Adobe está me a cobrar por um plano que não tenho subscrição

Boa tarde. 
Há dois meses atrás comprei o plano de 26,86€ da Illustrator. Enquanto estava no free trial, cancelei o plano (cerca de 2h depois de ter subscrito) pois não correspondia às minhas necessidades. 
Recebi um e-mail com essa confirmação por isso achei que não ia precisar mais, infelizmente já não tenho. 
percebi que me tinham cobrado, mas achei que fosse só como funciona, primeiro cobrança e depois quando associa que foi cancelado, volta a cair na conta. 
hoje recebo uma notificação de como 26,86€ saíram da minha conta do ilustrador e reparei que o primeiro mês não foi reembolsado. 
Não consigo falar com um assistente, mas não posso continuar a pagar 26,86€ por mês e quero um reembolso dos 53,72€ retirados sem aprovação.
