Adobe Partner Offer cannot be accessed

I want to redeem an offer and am redericted to www.adobepartneroffer.com.

 

However, the website cannot be accessed so that I can't get my redeem code. Is the website down for some reasons? Why don't Adobe fix this issue?

no sense updating each day (unless the site is up). once every week or two is more reasonable.

I was trying to redeem my Western Digital promo but I can't reach the site. As long as I see it is a persistent problem. How can I redeem my promo? And yes, I have no code, just a link.

Winner winner chicken dinner.  Award goes to the most useless and unhelpful reply from a CSR.  This seems like a shady marketing tactic between 3rd parties and Adobe.  Whether or not Adobe realizes it, they are basically stating that they are not capable of managing what should be a simple website.

I am having a similar issue. I ordered a Logitech mouse from Amazon that supposedly comes with a free month of Adobe CC. The link is down, Adobe told me to contact Logitech, Logitech told me to contact Amazon, Amazon went above and beyond trying to help but determined that only Adobe can help.

I also received a link from HP a month ago to go to www.adobepartneroffer.com/MY-PERSONAL-CODE to redeem my "12 Month Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan" bonus and activate the product/plan through the site adobepartneroffer.
Unfortunately, the site www.adobepartneroffer.com hasn't worked for a long time and I haven't been able to redeem the product yet.
I've already contacted HP and they said it's Adobe's responsibility and I need to redeem it from the link once the site is up and running again.
Is it possible to estimate when the adobepartneroffer page will work again so that I can redeem the product/plan?
