I want to redeem an offer and am redericted to www.adobepartneroffer.com.
However, the website cannot be accessed so that I can't get my redeem code. Is the website down for some reasons? Why don't Adobe fix this issue?
I also see that the site is not responding and seems to be down. What you could do is contact Adobe support, they should be able to help you with your redemption. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

MJM, sorry you are unable to access the Adobepartneroffer.com site. What type of offer code are you trying to redeem? Did you purchase an Adobe membership or a particular software title?

I'm also encountering this issue when trying to follow a link directing to www.adobepartneroffer.com.
In my case it's to redeem an offer for creative cloud, offered from Logitech.
The above mentioned link (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/redemption-code-help.html) for redeeming codes does not seem to be applicable in this case, as I don't have a 6 character/digit code to use.
I'm also unable to contact Adobe chat support - clicking on "Contact Us - Start Now" link on the support page (Adobe Help Center) has no response (with pop-ups enabled in Edge).

you need to have an adobe subscription to contact adobe support via chat. do you?
also, i recall a few previous logitech redemption problems in the past that were resolved by contacting logitech.

I also received a link from HP a month ago to go to www.adobepartneroffer.com/MY-PERSONAL-CODE to redeem my "12 Month Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan" bonus and activate the product/plan through the site adobepartneroffer.
Unfortunately, the site www.adobepartneroffer.com hasn't worked for a long time and I haven't been able to redeem the product yet.
I've already contacted HP and they said it's Adobe's responsibility and I need to redeem it from the link once the site is up and running again.
