Adobe Partner Offer website can't be reached

I want to access www.adobepartneroffer.com to redeem a code. Unfortunately, the website cannot be reached. I have tried some different browsers and devices to access www.adobepartneroffer.com. Is the website error somehow? Why doesn't Adobe fix this issue? This problem seems to have persisted since April as I find this thread Adobe Partner Offer cannot be accessed.
