Adobe pro testperiod automatic renewal. I got a test period "for free", but forgot to cancel the plan. Suddenly I'm on a YEARLY plan, which I don't remember was written in the first offer (but probably was with very small letters 😞 I feel cheated, having to pay 50% for the rest of the year - not getting anything in return.
Exquisite Gazelle, I can confirm that you have successfully canceled your plan. Please see https://adobe.ly/3CeX66s for information about any fees or charges that may be applied. ^JW

Thank you, I made my case here on purpose, since I saw several others have fallen in the same "Trap". Customer service will never help me, since the mistake is my own. I just want to highlight again that this sistem to bait people to sign for a "free" test period, knowing that surely 5-10% will forget to cancel it in time, and then people automatically have to pay FOR A WHOLE YEAR, not only the month they forgot, is cheating, it's a system to make money on the expences of normal people. Shame to Adobe!

Many times they do help and solve the issue for people in the same situation as you. Definitely worth a try. 🙂

you may be correct. ie, your situation may not be sympathetic, but there's nothing to lose by trying.
