I have an Adobe plan, I wrote a product code given to me as a gift to this account, but it did not activate because I have a plan. When I create another Adobe account and write the product code, it says the code has been used. How do I solve this problem?

Where was the code originally purchased from?

If not directly from Adobe, you may need to contact the vendor.
