Hi,
I have Adobe Creative Cloude All Programs 100GB and want to update to the student license. However, following the steps on https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/graduation-education-discount-expiry.html does not help.

My education status has been confirmed (via email) but I´ve already been moved to the "normal" Adobe Creative Cloude All Programs (300SEK/mon).
Can I solve this is another way to get the student discount?
Thanks,
//M

Thank you for the answer!

It was the pop-up-window block that made the chatsupport invisible for me.

But now I got it all figured out. Thanks!

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
