I signed up to use Adobe Pro for exactly one job, to convert a PDF. I am fine with paying the monthly fee fo the time I was subscribed to the service, but now when I go to cancel I see that Adobe is charging me $100 EARLY CANCELLATION FEE? This was NOT made obvious at all when I signed up, and amounts to predatory business practice. I am disappointed because this is not the kind of practice that builds lasting relationships between a customer and a business. Now whenever I think about Adobe, I will think of this very unpleasant experience first, and that is a shame becasue I otherwise would have recommended their products to my colleagues.
Again, I am fine paying for the months I was subscribed but forcing me to pay a hidden cancellation fee is unacceptable.
well, it actually is pretty obvious what you're signing up for, but i'm not making any decisions about your current state. you just need to convince adobe support that you missed the information that explained this stuff and ask them to help you.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
