I subscribed to Acrobat Pro a couple of weeks ago. I have no further use for Pro and I tried to cancel -- just spent 45 minutes trying EVERYTHING. I went over and over the requirements to cancel and nothing does it. For example, I tried the requirements for canceling that I got from Adobe and from other online sources and most of them tell me to go to my account, click on Manage Plans and then I should find a cancellation option. NO, I don't. That page does not have a cancellation option. I also went at it from some other perspectives but nothing worked.
I certainly would appreciate any help you can give. But please don't give me any of the normal or prescribed options for cancelling because I've tried all these. Thanks so much. Don
