Angebliche Zahlungsprobleme

Hallo,

meine Aboverwaltung ist gesperrt, da angeblich ein Fehler bei der Zahlung vorliegen soll. Die Abbuchung meiner Zahlungen erfolgt im Lastschriftverfahren und die erste Zahlung im Juli 22 wurde ordnungsgemäß abgebucht, die zweite Zahlung im August am 22, August ebenfalls. Die Sperre ist für mich völlig unerklärlich.

Ich benötige den Zugriff auf die Aboverwaltung, um den Account zu kündigen. Photoshop verhält sich auf meinem PC wie ein Virus, stürzt selbst ab, bringt auch den gesamten PC zum Absturz und hat bereits eine Festplatte zerschossen.

Da die Links fast ausnahmslos auf die bekannten Seiten und damit ins Nirwana führen (kein persönlicher Kontakt) muss ich es wohl telefonisch versuchen. Wenn das nicht funktioniert, bleibt wohl nur die Sperrung der Lastschriftermächtigung, was ich bedauern würde.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....
